The Covid-19 pandemic has had an impact on many sectors, including higher education. Various public opinions about education have emerged social media during the pandemic, with varying foci of discussion. purpose this study is twofold. first to compare results semantic data analysis and without stemming. Second, determine topic discussion among Twitter users This was carried out by collecting tweet for a year from March 2020 2021. then pre-processed using combination methods ensure that there minimal noise data. performed information theory, bigram phrases, relationship between words, visualized gephi in final stage. findings explain detail why stemming method cannot be used directly preprocessing requires understanding.
